Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Maizo website and any recovery services you engage from Trissino Inc. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

Maizo is a service operated by Trissino Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered address at 1151 Walker Rd PMB 484, Dover, DE 19904 (“Maizo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is

This website describes our rebate and margin recovery services and allows you to request a recovery estimate. The content is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and nothing on it forms a binding offer to perform services.

3. Engagements are governed by a separate agreement

Submitting a request through this website does not create a client relationship. Any recovery engagement begins only when both parties sign a written services agreement. That agreement — not this page — governs scope, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, data handling, and the treatment of any amounts recovered. Where the signed agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement controls.

4. No guarantee of results

Recovery outcomes depend on your supplier agreements, purchase records, contractual claim windows, and supplier cooperation. Figures, examples, and illustrative scenarios shown on this website are for demonstration only and are not a forecast, promise, or guarantee of any particular result. We do not warrant that any specific amount will be identified or collected.

5. Information you submit

You agree that information you submit through this website is accurate, that you are authorized to submit it, and that you are authorized to discuss your organization's supplier arrangements. Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment card data, or confidential third-party material through the website form. Records needed for a recovery review are exchanged only under a signed agreement through channels we agree on with you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the site.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the site.
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Maizo name, site content, text, layout, and design are owned by Trissino Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and marks referenced on this site — including SAP and NetSuite — are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe system compatibility. Their use does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners. Maizo is an independent recovery audit firm.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content is complete, current, or accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trissino Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of this website — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of this website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Liability arising from a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trissino Inc. from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your submission of information you were not authorized to provide.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the change. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.
